Q: I’ve checked out but can’t find my order confirmation.
First things first - check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes our emails sneak in there. To make sure you never miss an update again, add [email protected] to your contacts or safe sender list.
Q: How soon will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched from CNC HQ on Tuesdays and Fridays - as a small business this ensures your orders is packed with care and arrives as swiftly as possible. If you order before 9:00am on a dispatch day, your parcel will leave the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off will go out on the next dispatch day.
- Priority Delivery: estimated 1–3 working days from when you place your order
- Standard Delivery: estimated 3–5 working days from when you place your order
